Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Offer”) govern the use of the “Soundmirror” service (the “Service”). By purchasing generations you accept these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

Service — the “Soundmirror” service. Generation — one unit of service: the creation of a single music track from a photo. The in-app currency is generations (credits).

2. Subject

The Service automatically generates a short musical piece (a “sound portrait”) from an uploaded image using AI algorithms. The result is delivered digitally in your account.

3. Price and payment

• The first generation is free (one per account).
• After that, you purchase generation packs (1, 5 or 10) at the prices shown in your account, denominated in USDT.
• Payment is made in cryptocurrency or by bank card through our payment provider (NOWPayments); funds are settled to the Service in crypto.

4. Delivery

The Service is provided automatically and instantly after payment: purchased generations are credited to your balance and the result becomes available in your account. This is a digital service considered rendered upon delivery of the result.

5. Refunds

Because the service is digital and rendered automatically, used generations are non-refundable. Unused generations, or cases where the Service cannot be delivered due to a fault on our side, may be refunded upon request at info@soundmirror.ru.

6. Rights and obligations

You must upload only images you have the right to use and must not infringe third-party rights. We may refuse service in case of a breach of these Terms or the law, and may engage third parties to provide the Service.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The result is creative and entertainment content and is not a personality analysis. We are not liable for the content you upload or how you use the result.
