• Phone number — provided via a messenger at sign-in; used as your account identifier and for abuse prevention.
• Name — optional, used to address you and on the public showcase.
• Uploaded photo — processed to create a music track; not used for biometric identification.
• Payment data — handled by the payment provider; we do not store card details.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, cookies.

3. Purposes

• providing the photo-to-music generation service;
• authentication and authorization;
• accepting and accounting for payments;
• support and abuse prevention.

4. Legal basis

Your consent and performance of the contract (public offer) to which you are a party.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only as needed to provide the service: with the payment provider (NOWPayments) to process payments, and with the cloud infrastructure provider for hosting. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data is stored for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or until you withdraw consent. We apply appropriate organizational and technical safeguards.

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask us to correct, block or delete it, and withdraw consent by emailing info@soundmirror.ru.
